Resolved Question: Does anyone remember Happy Charlies?

It was a fast food restaurant in Willoughby, OH in the 1960's on Euclid Ave. It had a big buddah in the front and gave out little buddah's as kid prizes. I loved the tiny brown plastic buddah toys!
